Rustic 30 m² model

Rustic 30 m² model is the larger foldable prefab cabin variant for small families, shared living, community anchor units and private dwellings. The model has a 30 m² footprint and 49 m² of usable space, with functional zones for cooking, sleeping, working, storage and living.

It includes a full bathroom, kitchen area, utility zone and cold-climate insulation. The structure is manufactured from natural timber-based materials, delivered folded and unfolded on site for rapid occupation.
