O2M Plus

O2M Plus is a 57. 6 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The model expands the O2M format into a larger dwelling with additional sleeping space, an open living area, kitchen functions and a broad glazed façade. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
