Modular 60 - option A is a 60 m² reinforced-concrete underground modular house designed as a memorable residential or hospitality unit. The model uses Revonia’s larger vaulted module combinations to create a spacious, distinctive interior while preserving fast installation and low future maintenance.

The reinforced concrete shell, insulation and earth-covered construction support stable temperatures and quiet indoor conditions. The modules are factory-produced and installed on a prepared base, with utilities connected during final site works.
