Modular 10 - option B

Modular 10 - option B is a 10 m² underground reinforced-concrete modular house for compact living, remote work or small-scale rental use. It provides energy-efficient space for up to two people while keeping a very small footprint and low maintenance needs.

The building is supplied as a concrete module that can be installed quickly on prepared ground and finished with the selected exterior appearance. It is suitable as a standalone micro retreat or as one unit in a larger accommodation operation.
