Modular 10 - option A

Modular 10 - option A is a 10 m² underground reinforced-concrete modular house for summerhouse, home-office or small accommodation use. The model provides a compact vaulted living space for up to two people and is designed to blend into the surrounding landscape with minimal visible impact.

The concrete module is insulated, durable and low-maintenance, with installation based on prepared ground, utility connection and soil covering. The house is intended as a worry-free capsule for compact private or commercial stays.
