Linville III

Linville III is a 109 m2 two-level solid-log home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two-level plan contains an open kitchen, dining and vaulted living room, with one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. A second bedroom, bathroom and loft are located above and overlook the shared living space.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
