Lake Lure I

Lake Lure I is a 117 m2 two-level solid-log home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two-level layout places an open kitchen and living zone, one bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor. The upper floor adds a second bedroom, bathroom and loft overlooking the primary shared space.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
