Jocassee III

Jocassee III is a 178 m2 two-level solid-log home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two-level A-frame plan combines a vaulted glazed great room, kitchen and dining area with a main-floor bedroom suite. Two additional bedroom suites and a loft are positioned upstairs around the open-to-below living space.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
