JIS Standard Container House 20ft

Meco’s JIS Standard Container House is a completed steel module that is delivered for placement rather than assembled as a conventional light structure on site. The 20 ft version provides about 15 m2 and can also be ordered in 40 ft or custom sizes. The product uses rust-resistant steel plate and a steel fabrication process with cutting, bending, drilling, and welding, followed by coating and performance checks.

Meco describes the module for resort hotels, dwellings, shops, and care facilities, with windows, doors, air conditioning, interior finishes, kitchens, toilets, insulation, and shutters handled as custom options. Its 60 to 90 day lead time makes it a manufactured container building with room for project-specific fit-out.
