Frölunda is a transportable timber-frame modular house with 37. 60 m² of living area and a 46. 90 m² construction area. The layout includes one living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom.

The package is based on factory-prepared timber-frame construction with selectable interior and exterior finishes. Column foundations and modular house transport are handled separately from the listed package scope. The model is configured as a small single-level modular dwelling with a simple rectangular volume and timber exterior finish options.
