The unit is manufactured with a rolled-steel load-bearing frame, 300-micron anti-corrosion treatment, insulated flat roof, double asphalt waterproofing membrane, aluminum composite cladding, thermally broken aluminum joinery, integrated exterior lighting, vinyl flooring, porcelain finishes, and a finished interior scope.
