Solo 57

Solo 57 has 13 m2 of published floor area with one compact room and one bathroom. The 6 m single-volume plan is the smallest AvrameUSA add-on and can function as an office, studio, workshop, gym or minimal guest cabin.

The kit includes stamped plans, pre-cut and pre-drilled LVL framing, steel connectors, gable framing and assembly guidance. It is assembled on site as a permanent building; foundation, utilities, insulation and finishes are completed locally.
