Banner Elk I is a 251 m2 two-level solid-log home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The large two-level plan uses extensive glazing around a vaulted living room connected to the kitchen and dining area. A main-floor primary suite is complemented by upper bedrooms and loft space, with covered outdoor areas extending the shared living zone.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
