Residential house 150 m² is a large VIA-S residential modular model for permanent family use. The project belongs to the company’s larger standard house range and uses factory-built modules with CE metal frame and C24 wooden-panel construction.
The scope follows the standard VIA-S system: painted timber facade, selectable painted wood or plasterboard interior, laminate or parquet floor options, 250 mm wool insulation in the envelope, triple-glazed windows and doors, electrical installation, fitted bathroom equipment, technical documentation and a five-year warranty.
