Barn 47

Barn 47 is a 40 m2 barn-style modular home designed for compact residential or holiday use. The house is built from a wooden frame and delivered in a base sale configuration.

The scope includes a profiled sheet roof in RAL 7016, profiled sheet and pine planken facade finish, timber lamella interior walls and ceilings, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF interior doors, and sanitary preparation.
