Barn 35

Barn 35 is a 35 m2 compact barn-style modular home for small residential, guest-house, or leisure use. The house is based on a wooden frame and a simplified gable form.

The base configuration includes profiled sheet roofing, combined profiled sheet and pine planken facade treatment, timber lamella interior walls and ceiling, laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC glazing and entrance doors, electrical wiring, MDF interior doors, and prepared plumbing connections.
