The Qmodular website now operates under the Nuconic brand. The business develops fully finished off-site steel buildings for multi-family housing, hotels, private residences, medical facilities, education, offices, retail and other commercial development.

Projects are architecturally configurable and produced as volumetric sections before international transport and site assembly. The service model covers product engineering, design coordination, factory manufacture, interior completion, logistics and construction delivery for larger investment projects.
