The offer combines defined villa concepts with changes to floor plan, dimensions, façade and interior specification. The company coordinates design adaptation, technical documentation, production of the prefabricated structure, transport and assembly on the customer’s site.

Foundations, utility connections and final completion are arranged according to the selected package. The buildings are intended as permanent homes and are assembled on prepared plots rather than delivered as mobile accommodation.
