Mobilus namas SPECIAL1
「SPECIAL1」は、約9.00m x 3.15m x 3.10mの寸法、約28.35m²の有効面積を備えた移動可能な木造モジュールユニットです。細長い形状が特徴で、住宅、レジャー施設、オフィス、または付帯施設など、用途に応じた自由なレイアウトが可能です。設計段階で開口部、間仕切り、内部機能のカスタマイズに対応します。構造には木造フレームを採用し、底部には防腐処理を施しています。外観にはブラックのアルミサッシ、サーモウッド、またはクラシックな金属板（板金）を使用しており、現代的なデザインに仕上がっています。工場で製作されたユニットを現場へ配送して設置します。オプションとして、スクリュー杭基礎、内装仕上げ、電気・給排水工事、断熱材の追加、テラス工事も承ります。
Mobilus namelis POLAR
POLARは、約7.50m x 3.80m x 3.70m、床面積約36㎡の移動式モジュラー木造ユニットです。天井が高く、寝室、オフィス、ラウンジとして利用可能なメザニン（中二階）を備えています。メインフロアは選択したプランに応じて、キッチン付きリビング、クローゼットやワークスペース、寝室、バスルームを配置可能です。構造には木造フレームを採用し、底部には防腐処理を施しています。外装には黒いアルミプロファイルの窓、サーモウッドやクラシックシートメタルを用いたモダンな仕上げを採用。工場で製作して現場まで配送します。オプションとして、スクリューパイル基礎、内装仕上げ、電気・配管工事、断熱強化、テラス工事なども承ります。
Mobilus modulinis namelis BUSINESS
BUSINESS is a mobile modular timber-frame unit with approximate dimensions of ~6.05 m x 3.60 m x 3.00 m and about 21.8 m² of usable area. The model is configured for business, office, service or leisure use and includes an extended roof forming a small terrace zone. Multiple segments can be connected in I, U, L or courtyard layouts. It uses a timber-frame structure, an impregnated underside, black aluminium-profile glazing and a modern exterior finish using thermo wood and/or Classic sheet metal. The unit is produced in the workshop and delivered to the client's site, with optional screw piles, interior finishing, electrical work, plumbing, extra insulation and terrace works available.
Mobilus namelis EKO
EKO is a mobile modular timber-frame unit with approximate dimensions of ~7.50 m x 3.85 m x 3.83 m and about 35 m² of usable area. The high-roof layout includes a main living area that can be planned with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and mezzanine. The model is a larger mobile house option than the compact MINIS/MIDIS line. It uses a timber-frame structure, an impregnated underside, black aluminium-profile glazing and a modern exterior finish using thermo wood and/or Classic sheet metal. The unit is produced in the workshop and delivered to the client's site, with optional screw piles, interior finishing, electrical work, plumbing, extra insulation and terrace works available.

MIDIS LONG is a mobile modular timber-frame unit with approximate dimensions of ~7.05 m x 3.60 m x 3.83 m and about 30 m² of usable area. The extended high-roof plan allows a main living and kitchen area, a sleeping zone, bathroom and a mezzanine that can be used as an additional sleeping or storage space. It uses a timber-frame structure, an impregnated underside, black aluminium-profile glazing and a modern exterior finish using thermo wood and/or Classic sheet metal. The unit is produced in the workshop and delivered to the client's site, with optional screw piles, interior finishing, electrical work, plumbing, extra insulation and terrace works available.
