KALMESは、SIA CMB Housing Factoryが運営し、CMB Prefabが開発・提供を行うラトビアの木造モジュール住宅ブランドです。住宅はCMBの建築家やエンジニアによって設計され、CMBグループの製造施設で生産されます。ラインナップにはコンパクトな住宅からファミリー向けまで、天然素材を活かしたプレハブ住宅が揃っています。熱交換換気システム、キッチン家具、衛生設備、暖房システム、内装仕上げが完備されており、迅速な施工により一年を通して快適な居住環境を実現する、すぐに生活を始められる住宅を提供しています。

Kalmes 35
Kalmes 35 is a 35 m² prefabricated timber modular home with two rooms and a compact layout for small residential or leisure use. The plan provides a living and kitchen area, one separate bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe/storage zone and terrace connection. The house is manufactured at CMB Group’s production facility and supplied as a move-in ready home with finished interiors, kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, heating and heat-recovery ventilation systems. It is designed for low energy use and fast site installation.
Kalmes 70
Kalmes 70 is a 68 m² prefabricated timber modular home with three rooms and a practical family layout. The plan combines an open living, kitchen and dining area with two bedrooms, bathroom, utility/storage space and a covered terrace zone. The home is produced in controlled factory conditions by CMB Group and delivered as a move-in ready unit with interior finish, kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, heating and heat-recovery ventilation. The model is designed for energy efficiency and quick installation.
Kalmes 100
Kalmes 100 is a 98 m² prefabricated timber modular home with four rooms arranged around a large open living, kitchen and dining area, three separate bedrooms, utility circulation and two sanitary zones. The house is factory manufactured by CMB Group and delivered as a move-in ready home with interior finish, kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, heating and heat-recovery ventilation systems. It is designed for low energy consumption, natural materials and fast on-site installation.
Kalmes 50
Kalmes 50 is a 47 m² prefabricated timber modular home with three rooms in a compact single-storey layout. The plan includes an open living zone with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, entrance and wardrobe/storage areas, plus an optional terrace zone shown in the plan. The house is factory built by CMB Group and delivered as a move-in ready home with interior finish, kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, heating and heat-recovery ventilation systems for predictable installation and everyday use.
