ITS produces ready-made timber houses from prefabricated walls, floors and roof elements assembled in its factory. The company builds standard and individual residential projects, including passive-house variants, and offers cellulose insulation within its wall systems.

Houses can be delivered as externally completed buildings or at developer stage. ITS also manufactures modular timber offices, kiosks, site facilities and holiday units, with design adaptation, production, transport and on-site assembly included in its service.
