The model is positioned for year-round family or leisure use with a wider single-storey layout. The standard scope includes the structural wall, floor, and roof systems, facade cladding, PVC windows, glass doors, electrical installation, water and bathroom rough-ins, sanitary fixtures, heating and ventilation options, and interior finishing materials from the selected package.
DeltaModul X
DeltaModul X is a two-level modular house with 83 to 85 m2 of living space and an exterior size of about 7 m by 14 m by 7 m. The model is intended for year-round residential use where a compact footprint and upper-level volume are needed.
