Element 12
Element 12 is a 12 m² compact cubic timber module for a garden studio, office, guest room or creative workspace. The model has a modern box-shaped exterior, large windows, full insulation and an electricity connection, with one compact internal room arranged for flexible use. It is produced in the Create House factory and delivered as a small modular unit for prepared-site installation. The indicated VAT-included price is a starting estimate and excludes foundations, permits and site preparation.
Element 25
Element 25 is a 25 m² cubic modular timber unit with a larger internal area for office, studio or compact living use. The design uses an extended rectangular form, large panoramic windows, full insulation and a multifunctional open space that can be adapted to work, guest or living functions. It is manufactured in Latvia using Create House’s modular production process and delivered for site installation. The public price is shown with VAT and remains indicative until the equipment level and site conditions are confirmed.
Barn 26
Barn 26 is a 26 m² barn-style modular timber house with vaulted ceilings and compact Nordic character. The model is intended for holiday-house buyers, guest accommodation or small residential use, combining natural materials, a pitched-roof profile and a compact one-bedroom layout. The house is manufactured in Create House’s Latvian facility and delivered as a prefabricated module for fast assembly on prepared foundations. The listed starting price includes VAT but excludes permits, foundations and site preparation.
Compact 35
Compact 35 is a 35 m² modular timber house for buyers who need a simple first home, guest house or holiday unit. The plan uses one module with an open-plan living area, compact kitchen, one bedroom and a full bathroom. The house is produced in Create House’s Latvian factory with quality-controlled timber construction and energy-efficient detailing, then delivered for site assembly. The indicative VAT-included price excludes foundations, site preparation and permits, which are handled separately for the chosen plot.
Compact 50
Compact 50 is a 50 m² modular timber house in the Compact series, designed as a balanced small home with more storage and living comfort. The plan includes a broad living area, full kitchen, master bedroom, utility room and large windows for natural light. The building is produced as a factory-made module in Latvia and delivered for site installation after foundations, access and permits are arranged.
