Type Tomek is an Overbos chalet model with a loft-like character and a veranda at the front. The covered outdoor edge extends the living area and makes the model relevant for recreational plots where indoor-outdoor use is part of the brief.

Overbos presents the model as a starting point that can be adapted in layout and finish, so the final chalet can respond to park rules and buyer preferences. The construction approach is timber chalet building, with factory-made work and site placement handled through the manufacturer’s chalet-building process.
