TH CONNECT90 is a 90 m² tutumLIVING connected modular home that combines several building volumes into one residential layout. The model is intended for buyers who need more space than a single unit while keeping the speed and quality control of modular production.
The house can use a wooden or steel frame and supports durable facade options, insulated walls, large glazed openings and customized interior materials. It is factory-built, transported to the site and completed through module installation, final adjustments and utility connections.
