La vision
Residential house 100 m² is a VIA-S standard residential modular house for family living. The model is part of the company’s larger house range and is factory-produced with a CE metal supporting frame and C24 wooden-panel construction.
The standard specification includes painted timber facade, optional painted timber or plasterboard interior, laminate or parquet flooring, 250 mm wool insulation in walls, floor and roof, triple-glazed PVC/ALU/wood windows and doors, electrical installation, bathroom equipment, technical documentation and adjustability for partitions and openings.
