Guillaumie’s compact 33 m2 timber house was launched as the first model in a small-house range offered in kit or mounted form. The plan can serve as a small primary home, annexe, student unit, sales office, rental dwelling or dependent relative’s accommodation, so it functions as a reusable base rather than a one-off custom build. Its footprint is about 8 m by 5 m, with the habitable interior arranged inside a simple single-storey volume.

The building uses Guillaumie’s timber-construction manufacturing background and can be delivered as a self-build kit or as an assembled option. The public launch price refers to the kit version.
