Nordic Mini

Nordic Mini is a 24 m² prefabricated timber-frame house for compact living, guest accommodation or rental use. The plan contains one bedroom, one bathroom and an open main room arranged in a small rectangular volume with a glazed front and entrance terrace.

The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
