LACET Elano

LACET Elano is a two-part L-shaped mobile chalet with about 70 m2 of living area and a covered terrace of about 16 m2. The layout provides an open living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, guest WC and utility room.

The model is built as an insulated year-round unit with façade cladding, roof structure, thermal windows, underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump. The delivery scope includes finished interior surfaces, sanitary equipment, kitchen installation, electrical preparation and exterior terrace integration.
