CUBE 5. 50 is the smallest one-module CUBE model and is designed as a compact modular unit for residential, office or hospitality use. The rectangular plan supports a small living or working space and can be used as a garden office, compact accommodation unit or resort module.

The model is delivered as a ready-to-occupy variant with timber-style exterior configuration options. It has about 13 m2 of living area and about 18 m2 of gross area, with the VAT-inclusive starting price stated by the manufacturer.
