Boden is a transportable timber-frame modular house with 48. 40 m² of living area and a 60. 00 m² construction area. The layout includes a kitchen and living area, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a utility room.

The package is based on factory-prepared timber-frame construction with selectable interior and exterior finishes. Column foundations and modular house transport are handled separately from the listed package scope. The plan is organised for everyday residential use while keeping the footprint within the modular product range.
