MOHO est une marque estonienne de maisons modulaires exploitée par Moho OÜ à Jüri, dans le comté de Harju. L'entreprise crée des maisons modulaires compactes, des saunas, des studios, des unités hôtelières et des mini-maisons modulaires pour les terrains urbains, les sites de campagne, l'usage d'invités et l'hébergement de vacances.
Ses bâtiments sont produits en usine, livrés sous forme de modules finis et conçus pour un transport simple et une installation rapide, avec des gammes de produits comprenant les modèles Moho House, Open, Sauna, Studio, Hotel, Cube et Recta.

MOHO Open
MOHO Open is a 20 m² two-module open-bedroom house designed as a studio-style compact dwelling for holiday, guest-house or retreat use. The layout combines a 14.5 m² living room and sleeping corner for two people with a 2 m² bathroom and toilet. The house uses the same MOHO modular construction with hardwood framing, PUR insulation, finished interior surfaces, electrical heating, sanitary equipment and ventilation, and is delivered as a ready-to-use unit.
MOHO Mini Sauna Recta
MOHO Mini Sauna Recta is a 9.6 m² single-module sauna house created as a narrow, easily transportable version of the mini MOHO sauna. The unit includes a 7.5 m² sauna room with natural light and a compact layout intended for wood-fired use without sewage by default, with optional electric heating. The specification includes sauna cladding, benches, glass door, heater, LED lighting, hardwood frame, PUR insulation, ventilation, electrical systems and finished exterior cladding.
MOHO Mini Sauna Cube
MOHO Mini Sauna Cube is an 8.7 m² one-module sauna house designed for easy transport and installation. The plan provides a 6.7 m² sauna room with natural light and a compact sauna-focused layout without sewage by default. It can be fitted with wood-fired or electric heating, aspen or thermo-aspen cladding, glass sauna door, LED lighting, hardwood frame, PUR insulation, ventilation, electrical systems and finished exterior cladding for a small standalone sauna unit.
MOHO Mini Studio Cube
MOHO Mini Studio Cube is an 8.7 m² one-module studio intended for use as a backyard office, artist studio, workshop or compact mobile workspace. The cube-format unit is transportable and can be adapted to the buyer’s working purpose. The specification includes finished flooring, wall and ceiling panels, lighting, electrical fittings, heaters, hardwood frame, PUR insulation, ventilation, windows and finished exterior cladding, supplied as a compact modular work or leisure room.
MOHO Studio
MOHO Studio is a 20 m² two-module studio building intended for use as a home office, guest house, summer house or private workspace. The design provides a 16.8 m² open room that can be fitted for work, relaxation or temporary accommodation. The construction uses a hardwood frame, PUR insulation, ventilation, electrical heaters, compliant switchboards, finished internal wall and ceiling surfaces, flooring, lighting, windows and exterior cladding, and is delivered as a compact turnkey module.
