The main level includes a primary suite and connected kitchen, dining and living space with an optional island. A locally designed and finished upper floor can expand the home to four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 166 m2.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
