Woodberry

Woodberry is a single-story, three-bedroom and two-bathroom modular home with distinct but connected living spaces. The kitchen and dining area flow into the main living room without forming one undivided room. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet, private water closet, and organized bathroom layout.

A dedicated utility room and covered front porch complete the plan. Affinity builds the code-compliant modular sections in its controlled factory, delivers and sets them on the prepared foundation, and an authorized local builder completes the home.
