The Vision
Type Jan is a large double chalet model that Overbos uses as a starting point for roomy holiday accommodation. The layout is intended for family stays, with more room to separate children or guests instead of forcing everyone into one shared sleeping area.
The model is delivered around a comfortable residential core, including cooking equipment, refrigeration, shower facilities and practical electrical provision for everyday use. Because Overbos adapts each chalet to the buyer’s site and wishes, Type Jan functions as a repeatable base rather than a fixed off-the-shelf plan.
