TEO Modular System is a standardized energy-efficient modular building system based on 6 x 3 m modules. The system allows the home to be expanded, reduced or reconfigured step by step, with movable walls, windows and doors depending on the chosen composition.

It is designed for quick on-site installation on a simple pile or screw foundation and can be used for tiny houses, residential homes, rental units, hospitality buildings, cafés, schools or other modular layouts.
