Roomie is offered as a semi-standard product where the buyer starts from professional layouts and then selects style and equipment packages.
The design emphasizes high ceilings, large openings, flexible work areas, and storage, with general-region plans meeting ZEH as standard according to the product FAQ. It is a residential prefabricated timber-panel house rather than a small portable module.
