Sapelo

Sapelo is a wide, single-story modular home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A covered front porch enters the central living area, and an optional side porch extends outdoor use. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and connects to a dedicated utility room.

The primary suite occupies a private hallway and contains a walk-in closet, separate tub and shower, and double-vanity space. Affinity builds the code-compliant modules indoors, delivers and sets them on the prepared foundation, and an authorized builder completes the home on site.
