Rosemarie is a 134 m2 single-level ranch with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The plan uses a split-bedroom arrangement around an open living, dining and kitchen area with an optional island. A combined mudroom and laundry sits near the kitchen, while the primary suite remains separate from the secondary sleeping rooms.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
