Palermo Holiday House 5 x 6 m (30 m2) – Insulation-Ready

The Palermo is an approximately 30 m2 timber holiday house with a 5 x 6 m principal footprint. The insulation-ready plan contains one bedroom, one bathroom with WC and a living room. The insulation-ready shell uses 44 mm double tongue-and-groove spruce walls, external cladding, PVC double glazing and prepared floor and roof layers. The kit includes roof and floor boards, foundation beams, plan partitions, terrace boards where shown, fixings, hardware and assembly instructions.

Dried untreated timber is supplied. Insulation, membranes, roofing, foundations, assembly, services and finishes are excluded. The plan can be adjusted before production.
