The Vision
Nordic Plus 60 is a 59. 6 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with three bedrooms and one bathroom.
The model keeps the Nordic pitched-roof architecture while increasing the internal area for a larger household or rental configuration, with separate bedrooms and a shared living zone. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
