Nordic Family

Nordic Family is a 93 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The model is planned as the largest Nordic family layout, with a broad glazed façade, open living and dining zone, separate sleeping rooms and two wet-room areas for permanent use.

The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
