LP SmartSide Panel Garage and Storage Building M990B

Model M990B provides a 13 m2 enclosed garage and storage space in a footprint of about 4 m by 4 m. A 60 mm timber frame with primed LP SmartSide cladding forms the factory-made wall and roof panels. A wide vehicle opening and a separate personnel door where shown provide access to the clear single bay.

The unit is delivered unassembled on a pallet with prepared panels, doors, roof components, fittings and assembly instructions; the level foundation is prepared on site. The siding and trim are supplied unpainted and require the specified exterior coating. The layout accommodates a vehicle or equipment with additional room for tools and storage.
