Kylie is a 149 m2 raised-ranch home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main residential floor. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open to one another and can include an island, while the primary bedroom has its own bathroom. The lower level can be designed and finished locally for additional project-specific space.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
