Joshua Cape

Joshua Cape is a 116 m2 Cape Cod home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on its factory-built first floor. It retains the covered porch, open living arrangement, main-floor primary bedroom, laundry area and kitchen island of the Joshua plan. A future upper floor of about 60 m2 can be designed and completed locally.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
