Joshua is a 116 m2 single-level ranch with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A covered porch opens to connected living, dining and kitchen space with an included island. The primary bedroom, laundry and utility areas remain on the same level.

A garage can be added through the site builder as a project-specific option. Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
