The Vision
The Jay Garden Office is a compact pre-designed workspace for buyers who need an insulated room without commissioning a fully bespoke garden building. In this selected size, it gives a small office or studio footprint while staying within Bakers’ low planning-height approach.
The specification includes UPVC doors, front windows, an EPDM roof, insulated floor, walls and ceiling, MDF internal lining and laminate flooring. Bakers lists the building as fully installed, with optional base, electrics, communications and internal finishing packages available.
