Evelyn is a 195 m2 two-level home with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, an office and a flexible room. The first floor combines the kitchen, dining and living spaces, adds a large porch and allows an optional island. The upper level contains the secondary sleeping rooms, while the additional rooms support work, study or guest use.

Wood-framed modules are factory-built with structural, interior, electrical and plumbing work completed to the selected specification. Foundation, transport, setting, utility connections and site finishes are coordinated with the local builder.
