Einar is a 50 m² modular residential house with a 49. 80 m² usable plan. The layout contains an entrance hall, bathroom, corridor, open kitchen and living room, main bedroom and second bedroom.

The building is produced in factory conditions and delivered as a modular timber house for installation on the plot. The standard build includes insulated roof, walls and floor, painted cladding, VEKA triple-glazed windows, internal partitions, painted ceilings and walls, laminate flooring, tiled bathroom finishes, heating, ventilation and utility systems.
