Rąstinė troba designs, manufactures and builds custom log houses for Lithuanian and Norwegian projects. It uses Lithuanian pine, prepares timber through natural and kiln drying, and first assembles each log structure in its workshop. The completed shell is then dismantled, transported and rebuilt at the project location.

Its stated work can extend from carved timber details to roof covering, giving buyers access to more than the wall package. Foundations, windows, utilities and finishing responsibilities should still be agreed in writing.
